Our community is at the centre of everything we do. In fact, one of our values is 'community-led'. We're committed to enabling the local community to suggest, plan and carry out activities and initiatives to improve their lives.
To this end, we're currently setting up a Residents Panel to help us make sure that LCH is driven by local voices. We're also surveying the local community to find out what their main concerns and needs are so we can help to address them.
Throughout May 2026, we carried out a community survey across North Leatherhead.
The aim of this is to engage with and hear from local residents to make sure that we remain community-led. We hope this will help us identify any barriers that are preventing people coming along to the Hub, listen to what residents have to say about North Leatherhead and raise awareness of what goes on at LCH.
We've had some great responses from door-to-door surveys and our online survey. We're now looking at what we can learn from what people said.
The LCH Residents Panel is a group of local residents who meet a few times a year to share ideas, experiences and feedback to help shape what LCH does and how it grows.
This is about making sure local voices are part of what feeds into LCH, and to make sure that we live our value to be ‘community led’.
