ROOM HIRE
The Hub offers four different spaces for hire, suitable for community groups, classes, events, meetings and children's parties.
There is a discounted rate for residents of North Leatherhead and regular hirers. Any income from bookings will be re-invested in improving the building and supporting the local community.

MAIN HALL
Large hall (approx. 15m x 9m), ideal for children's birthday parties, fitness classes, and larger community meetings or events. Use of the kitchen for making your own refreshments is included in the fee.
Availability: Weekdays from 4pm and weekends
Rate: £16 per hour (£11 per hour for locals, 10% discount for weekly bookings)
CAFÉ AREA
Character-full space (approx. 9m x 6m), ideal for informal community gatherings, as well as more formal events or meetings. Well equipped with modern AV technology.
Availability: Weekdays and Saturdays from 3:30pm
Rate: £16 per hour (£11 per hour for locals, 10% discount for weekly bookings)
MEETING ROOM
Modern, private space (approx. 4m x 3m), ideal for small meetings (up to 6 people) and one-to-one advice or counselling sessions.
Availability: Weekdays from 9am and Saturdays
Rate: £8 per hour (10% discount for weekly bookings)
ART ROOM
Light, open space (approx. 6m x 6m), ideal for art classes and classroom-based workshops.
Availability: This room is available on request, with permission from our partner organisation, The Hive.
Rate: £11 per hour (10% discount for weekly bookings)

Please note that our spaces get booked up very quickly, so we may not be able to help you if you do not contact us at least two weeks before the date of your event.
